5 out of 5 starsIt took a little bit to figure out how to get the medals on, but once I got the first one done, the rest were much easier. Hanging them was super easy and they look great on the wall! Shipping time was good and they were decently packed. Will definitely be back for more!

Frequently asked questions
Custom and personalized orders
Simple customizations: $5 design fee
These don’t involve any design time on my part.
Example: a two-tone wire wrap on a Musician Ring.
Moderate customizations: $20 design fee
These involve a small amount of design time and are relatively minor changes.
Examples: custom decals or stripes on one of my car prints, adding text/graphics to one of my 3D printed products. I’ll work with you to figure out what’s possible.
Significant customizations: $75 - $150 design fee
These involve a significant amount of design time to adapt an existing product.
Examples: adapting my lid racks to fit another brand of lid, a fully custom paint job on one of my car prints.
Completely new custom products: Cost depends on request. Please message me for details.
Gift wrapping and packaging
I do! Please contact me for more information. It's very, very easy for me to miss the little icon in my seller dashboard that labels your order as a gift, so if you want it properly gift-wrapped, please contact me to ensure that.
Do you offer rush shipping?
Only within the continental United States. I'm sorry, but due to a number of lost and delayed international packages, I no longer offer rush shipping for any international orders, no exceptions.
My package says delivered but it isn't here!
Please wait a few days - sometimes it can take up to a week after a scan for it to show up, for a multitude of reasons. If it's still nowhere to be found after a week, please reach out to me and we'll work something out.
Do you accept returns or exchanges on personalized items?
No. Items such as my rings which are handmade to order to your specifications often can't be resold to another customer. Please double-check the sizing, colors, and any other customizations before ordering. I make your order exactly as you specify, and won't remake it free of charge if you decide you change your mind.
What is your return or exchange process?
If you want a return or exchange, please make sure that your order is eligible for return or exchange first before reaching out. Buyers are responsible for shipping costs for returns and exchanges except in limited cases at my discretion. Your refund or replacement order will not ship until I receive the original order and confirm it is still in its original condition. Any loss of value of returned products will be documented in Etsy messages and deducted from your refund total.
